Return + Exchange Policy

We want you to love every Ruby + Begonia purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

We accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 30 days of your purchase. Products must be unused and in their original condition.

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

●      Candles that have been lit

●      Body products that have been opened or used

Please bring your return/exchange in store, or email hello@myrubyandbegonia.com to process a return by mail. Please note, returns by mail are shipped at the buyers expense.
